Litigation Paralegal on behalf of our client, a law firm specializing in insurance recovery, litigation, and business transactions in
Southwest
Portland, OR! This is a wonderful
direct hire position offering a full time, hybrid opportunity to join a successful team of attorneys!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct document discovery, including document collection, document production, and review of large document databases.
- Be responsible for mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation including subpoenas for witnesses, trial documents for the court, trial notebook, exhibit preparation.
- Manage large amounts of information and data.
- Have a strong understanding of state and federal courts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of relative experience.
- Experience with large, complex cases required
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and follow-through, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software suite is necessary as well as in database technologies such as Relativity and iPro.
- Knowledge of e-discovery and trial preparations.
COMPENSATION:
In addition to working for an amazing law firm with a positive team-oriented work environment, this position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 DOE in addition to full benefits.
