We handle the full spectrum of insurance coverage and liability matters, including construction defects, products liability, premises liability, automobile related cases, environmental claims, and construction zone liability.
The candidates responsibilities include:
Assist in case initiation and preparation; Pleadings preparation and filing; Setting depositions; Draft deposition subpoenas; Dictation; E-Filing in all counties; Assist with administrative duties/tasks; Handle heavy calendaring; Perform records research on court websites; compose and process correspondence/reports; Draft legal documents including pleadings and legal memoranda; Build and maintain databases and files; Assist with trial preparation including witness lists, exhibits and trial binders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
