Job Description

The Listing/Marketing Coordinator is the face of the Fran Campbell Team and is responsible for promoting the best image for our clients, our agents, and our team. This position is an integral role within our group of professionals. The position will be responsible for inputting listing profiles into MLS, maintaining all listing paperwork, managing social media accounts, andinternet advertising along with direct-mail advertising and promotions. We are looking for a creative, energetic individual who works great in a team environment yet is self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges.

Duties include: creating and listing properties in the MLS system, maintaining corporate social media platforms, creating direct mail advertisements along with internet advertising.

Required Skils/Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Office Suite skills
• Knowledge of Canva
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Effective organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work with both internal and external customers
• Ability to provide administrative support, including responding to prospect/customer inquiries and requests for information.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Schedule

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (37.5 hrs/week)

This is an in-office position. Please only apply if you are willing and able to come to the office located in Osage Beach, MO on a daily basis.
