Victory Lap Bar and Grill, located inside of Accelerate Indoor Speedway & Events is looking for an experienced Line Cook ready to take their skills to the next level. Victory Lap is located in the new indoor Go Kart facility opening in Mokena. We will offer a full menu for dine in as well as catering options for our many events. Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, preparing soups, preparing
• meats, or preparing sauces.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Stock inventory appropriately ( First In, First Out ).
• Ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely
• fashion.
• Comply with recipe and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, management,
• and customers.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Line Cook duties begin and end with sanitation, food handling and hygiene.
• Line Cook is expected to show up for work showered, well-groomed and with
• clean uniform to wear.
• Line Cook must handle their ingredients correctly, respecting food safety
• regulations about temperatures and cross-contamination.
• Line Cook must practice proper hand-washing technique, and use gloves
• correctly.
