Plouf Plouf Gastronomie, RI Monthly's Best Classical French Restaurant, is looking for a fantastic, motivated line cook!

Our ideal candidate will be quick, organized, keep their station clean, able to take direction with a willing, positive attitude, have a great work ethic, pay attention to details, willing to jump in where needed, work happily within a team, remain calm and focused under the pressure of a rush, and be RELIABLE. We are a small, hardworking, fun, close-knit group who support each other wherever needed.

Experience required, culinary background preferred yet Chef will train the right individual. You will be working directly with French Master Chef (Master Saucier) and will have the opportunity to learn dishes and techniques in classical French scratch cooking. You will also learn prep, production and service for our off site, private catering parties.
