To this day, we still aim to give our customers the best ramen with the freshest ingredients. We make out ramen noodles every day from scratch, using the best quality ingredients. Requirements:
- Flexible schedule with availability on early mornings, holidays and Specialty Weekend.
- Excellent knife handling and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Motivated, excellent work ethic, and eagerness to learn and develop
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Description:
- Wash/clean/cut/chop ingredients for designated dishes
- Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Maintain inventory and replenishment; perform daily tasks without constant supervision
- Excellent knowledge of basic kitchen equipment
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
Preference: Food Handler's Certification
