Line Cook Job at The Hop Haus Group
To prepare quality food items in a safe and efficient manner while working as a team to ensure cleanliness and quality
This position reports to the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Duties: including but not limited to
- Maintain sanitary condition of kitchen
- Preps & cooks food following Hop Haus standardized recipes
- Ensures work stations are fully prepped and ready for service
- Communicate with Sous/Chef on needs of products
- Assist in creations of weekly specials
- Follow all procedures as outlined by chef
- Removes from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged
- Helps Stock any items delivered food and non-food items.
- Communicate with Chef about any issues that arise during service
- Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.
- performs all duties in adherence to Hop Haus standards.
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all guests and coworkers.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of Hop Haus
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Serve Safe Certified, 2 years high volume cooking , scratch cooking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
