Target Bluff German Haus is a small business in Camp Douglas, WI. We are professional, creative, innovative and our goal is to offer a unique shopping and dining experience including a restaurant, antiques, handmade crafts and gifts, and more! Our restaurant is now open Wednesday thru Sunday as well as Friday and Saturday evenings. We hope to expand hours as we build our staff. We have over 60 vendors in our shops who sell handmade and antique goods, giving us a diverse, ever-changing selection of unique items, with something for everyone..

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our company. The successful candidate will be able to follow recipe guidelines, identify food safety hazards and ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has restaurant industry experience and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Cook food in accordance with proper culinary techniques.
• Manage food production to ensure that each dish is prepared within a reasonable period of time.
• Relay information to managers concerning available resources.: Give feedback to management concerning new menu items or adjustments to existing ones.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
