Spice Finch is an innovative modern-Mediterranean restaurant and bar in Rittenhouse Square, one of Philadelphia’s most iconic neighborhoods. Chef Jennifer Carroll showcases a creative approach to Mediterranean fare with a menu inspired by the herbs, spices and distinctive flavors of the nations bordering the sea. Heavier influences come from the cultures and culinary traditions of Morocco and Greece.
We are looking for eager, hard working line cook candidates to fill in shifts where needed. Job responsibilities include: stocking and breaking down station, cooking orders to temp, plating and garnish, setting up mise en place, ticket times in an efficient manner, must keep a clean station and coordinate with others in performing a complete ticket in sync. Must be familiar with all health department codes and regulations. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs on their own. We are willing to train those with less experience as long as they have a good work ethic and an ability to follow direction and work well with others.
