Interlachen Country Club (ICC) is seeking passionate, hardworking cooks that come to us with technical skills and are up for a challenge. *_A real interest in food is a must. Our team has consisted of alumni from Meritage a Brasserie, Butcher and the Boar, Restaurant Alma, W.A. Frost, FIKA, COV, Spoon and Stable and many more notable kitchens in the Twin Cities. We are a busy professional restaurant year-round and provide a stable kitchen job with the average tenure of our cooks at 3-5 years. You will be challenged to excel, learn and grow in a stable work environment at ICC.

Our culinary team takes pride in exceeding expectations. We are focused on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver unique and better dining experiences to our members every day. We are committed to creating an environment that is chef-driven, team-oriented, and filled with people who love great food. We source local and foraged ingredients, using the best products we can get our hands on – we do some pretty cool work, and we are just getting started.

Education and Experience: _

Must be at least 18 years of age

• At least 3 years of restaurant experience required
• Experience in a high volume restaurant required
• Proficient knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge
