One who has a genuine love for the culinary arts and cooking with proven working experience as a cook. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual and hard-working. All employees are hired on a 90-day probationary period.

• Prepare food dishes consistently following recipe guidelines, using appropriate standards and guidelines.
• Adhere to our food production procedures to ensure integrity of food including product quality, freshness, handling, taste, temperature, presentation, garnishing and speed of production.
• Ensure food is stored according to the Department of Health policies and procedures.
• Ability to conduct and stock inventory.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized and sufficiently stocked at all times.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to coordinate preparation of multiple orders rapidly.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year working as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant, caterer or relevant food service area. Must be punctual and dependable.
• Availability to work any shift including days, nights, and weekends.
• At least 18 years old.

• Must be eligible to work in the US and be able to provide proof with original documentation as required by an I-9.
