Congruent Counseling is seeking licensed therapists FT or PT in Rockville, Frederick, Columbia, Millersville, Eldersburg, Annapolis, and Towson, MD. We offer a hybrid model; telehealth with some in person days possible. We have office spaces for those who want to work, and be seen, in person. We are in need of full and part time therapists.

We are seeking therapists to see clients individually or in family sessions. Private Practice model without all the background work. We have staff to do credentialing, billing, initial scheduling, tech support, office space, EHR, Teams, etc. You get to see clients, do your note, schedule the next session and go home; or step away from your computer.
