HCP Talent is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full time, part time or per diem position

DESCRIPTION:

As part of a large medical team, a Licensed Practical Nurse is accountable for providing patients basic medical care and evaluating their wellbeing. Responsibilities include checking vital signs, recording a patient's medical history and assisting patients with hygiene.

Responsibilities:

Recording the patient’s history

Administering medication including injections or immunizations as prescribed by the physician

Obtaining vital signs

Basic wound care including cleaning and bandaging injured areas

Update patient records in a confidential manor

Providing oversight and assistance to CNA's

Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks

Moving patients safely

Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing

Evaluate the patient's wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Requirements:

Currently holds an active LPN license

CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
