Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job at Don Bullard Insurance
- 1 Year of Insurance Sales and Support experience required
- Assist clients in daily customer service to include answering general insurance inquiries on policies and applications, processing payments, processing change request and claim handling
- Client communication contact to include billing, underwriting concerns, application completion, policy quoting
- Proficient with multiple screens, websites, and agency management systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fast paced environment w/ multi-tasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
