In-Home Counseling Services is a network of experienced and caring clinicians who offer quality mental health services in the comfort of our client’s home. Specializing in supporting the aging population, the extensive backgrounds of our clinicians allow us to support most mental health conditions and emotional struggles of clients, ages 11 years and up. We proudly stand behind our commitment of providing mental health services to all those in need, including those in underserved communities as well as Medicare and Managed Medicaid recipients.

In-Home-Counseling Services culture values innovation, empathy, professionalism, and a healthy work/life balance. We are currently seeking compassionate Part -Time W2 Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) in your area who share our desire to provide psychotherapy services to all those in need.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years clinical experience preferred.
• Independent LCSW in the state of Illinois
• Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians who are able to quickly build rapport with clients.
• Provide psychotherapy in the home and via telehealth to those who face obstacles in leaving their home.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience with geriatric populations
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Experience with developmental disabilities
• Bilingual a plus

Compensation:

• Compensation range $45-$49 per 60-minute session (depending on experience and caseload volume)
• Fee for Service pay model.
• Paid up front twice a month, no waiting on insurance.

• Credentialing with all In-Home Counseling Services accepted insurance panels.
• Part-time W2 employees maintaining between 10-15 visits per week will be eligible to enroll in dental, vision, life/AD&D, and disability coverage.
