The LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER organizes, performs and coordinates the delivery of behavioral health services to designated patients in a Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH). Prior experience with behavioral health clients preferred
Masters preferred, Baccalaureate required in social worker with appropriate licensing.
1-2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting or similar employment
Prior experience in behavioral health
Must be a LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER in State of New Jersey
Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
