Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking to work in an intimate, primary care setting where you will collaborate with primary care clinicians to develop treatment plans that address both physical and behavioral healthcare using a shared EMR? You will have the support of mission-driven colleagues who appreciate the opportunity to support patients in rural communities by employing solution-focused interventions. Meet monthly with LCSW colleagues to advance initiatives, participate in peer supervision activities, and to enhance your skill set by obtaining licensure as a drug and alcohol counselor (LADC).
Expand your knowledge base with self-directed continuing education monies and time to attend external training opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in the treatment of behavioral health and substance use disorder utilizing evidence-based treatment.
All new hires will be required to provide either proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a recognized exemption.
