Talami Health and Wellness is seeking a licensed and skilled Arabic-speaking psychotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individual and group therapy to clients from the Arabic-speaking community in a culturally sensitive and compassionate manner.

Responsibilities:

· Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and goal-oriented

· Foster a supportive and therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting their emotional well-being and personal growth

· Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and medical doctors, to provide holistic care

· Keep accurate and confidential client records and documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards

· Attend professional development training and stay current with best practices in the field of psychotherapy

Requirements:

· A master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field

· A license to practice psychotherapy in the state of California

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Arabic and English

· Experience providing psychotherapy to culturally diverse populations

· Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities in psychotherapy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong organizational and time-management skills
