Job Summary
Provide support for opening and closing the library and staffing the service desk on weekends. Work in Access Services to provide circulation services. Work in Research Services to provide reference assistance. Help supervise student assistants.

Excellent customer service skills

Demonstrated reliability and flexibility in working a schedule

Experience providing customer service

Library reference experience

Experience with computer troubleshooting

Alternate work schedule
Work schedule typically Fridays until 7pm, Saturdays 10am-7pm, Sundays starting at 10am, and two more days each week to average 29 hours per week. Adjustments will occur during university breaks, summer sessions, and other times as needed.
