Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices

· Learn and apply the strategies to sell protection products; get bonuses

· Providing excellent service and technical/repair support

· Expand your knowledge of ubreakifix’s products and culture

· Deliver world-class customer service

· Represent ubreakifix with integrity and awesomeness

· Be responsible for inventory management

· Picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and handing off packages as a part of inventory management.

· Self-manage and set priorities while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

· Maintain a cool and clean work environment

· Succeed as a team

Here’s what we need:

· A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions

· A love for people and devices

· One or more years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred

· A willingness to learn and leverage sales resources

· Reliable and flexible when it comes to dealing with difficult situations

· The ability to quickly adapt and overcome problem scenarios

· Six months of experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (not necessary but super helpful)

· Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

· Willing to pass a background check including Criminal and a Drug Test

· Written communication skills

· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

The physical demands described hereafter are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully:

· Bending, sitting, lifting, and standing based on the need of the business, up to 75 lbs. Standing and/or sitting for extended periods.

· Specific vision abilities that may be required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to read small text.

· Vocal communications are required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word and/or to communicate with customers and/or clients.

· Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels

· Exposure to dust, noise, chemicals, and such matters as demands for overtime or shift work. We handle various materials including cardboard, various metals, batteries, and plastic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
