Legal Intake Specialist - Houston Job at Intake on Demand
Intake on Demand seeks experienced call center professionals to join our legal contact center team, which operates in our office in, Houston, TX. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential clients of law firms and legal marketing agencies nationwide. The job requires empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills. You will gather detailed information from callers and classify calls according to company standards. Additionally, you will manage processes for new and existing clients in accordance with company procedures and standards. This is a work-in-office position.
Requirements:
- Legal Experience is a plus but definitely not required
- Professionalism
- Ability to meet productivity goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically spelling and grammar
- Strong listening skills
- Computer skills
- Consent for background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
