Leasing Manager
Boston-based real estate company is looking for a Leasing Manager to join its team and contribute to its customer-centric approach.
Position summary:
The Leasing Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to: lease administration, tracking/maintaining occupancy and vacancy reports, communicating and coordinating with residents, property managers, rental agents and the Company’s accounting department. The Leasing Coordinator reports to the head of the property management department.
Position details include but are not limited to:
- Compile resident applications
- Lease administration: enter new applicants into database, generate new leases, generate lease renewal proposals, and manage lease related correspondence.
- Track lease renewals and lease breaks
- Meet routinely with the property management team to analyze the real estate market and determine apartment rent prices
The successful candidate will have excellent computer skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, a strong administrative background, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work on a team and think critically and collaboratively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in real estate and/or customer service
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft office software is required
- Experience with Yardi and Entrata software is a plus
- Above all else, the successful candidate should be a friendly "people" person with the ability to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
