Occupancy Specialist/Leasing Agent – Full Time
Westerly Apartments in Lakewood, OH is looking for a Leasing Agent with experience to join our team. We are an inclusive and diverse organization that provides safe, clean, affordable housing for older adults in our community.
This Leasing Agent position provides support to the office team by assisting with recertifications and move-ins, apartment leasing, and other duties as assigned. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to help foster our culture of open, honest, transparent communication. The ideal Leasing Agent candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and experience with HUD requirements and regulations pertaining to Senior Housing.
