DESCRIPTION

The Learning Experience Designer will apply instructional design principles, best practices and creativity to develop a variety of learning resources that effectively promote product adoption, ongoing engagement and client success with Verily Clinical Studies Platforms technology solutions.
This role will report to the Learning Experience Manager. The Learning Experience Designer will work collaboratively with diverse team members and subject matter experts to determine learning needs, design and develop learning resources, deliver education and continuously update resources for rapidly evolving clinical research site and sponsor solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, deliver and update learning resources such as e-learning courses, instructor/participant guides, job aids, video tutorials, instructor-led courses, webinars and on-demand content.
- Develop and support internal staff learning resources to assist with onboarding, regulatory compliance and ongoing staff development.
- Synthesize and translate technical information into clear, effective and engaging learning resources.
- Continuously review and revise learning resources to incorporate feedback and product updates.
- Manage multiple projects with frequent priority shifts, work with a high attention to accuracy and detail and deliver resources that meet expectations and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in education, instructional design, communication, healthcare or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience designing, developing and delivering a variety of learning resources, including e-learning courses.
- Ability to fluently speak and write in English.
- Ability to take initiative, work efficiently and quickly adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or certification in adult education, instructional design, e-learning or related field.
- Proficiency using Adobe Captivate to create e-learning courses.
- Experience with clinical research and/or healthcare technology.
- Experience using Camtasia video/audio editing software, Cincopa, Pendo and/or Docebo Learning Management System (LMS).
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $104,000- $160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
