YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live and breathe Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
• Oversee and lead the hand sewing department
• Responsible for department scheduling and productivity
• Ownership of product quality and consistency
• Lead and provide technical hand sewing support
• Assist with hiring and training associates
• Develop reference materials and productivity metric assessments
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and values
• Report to the Production Director
• Become a master of RH Couture product
• Assist in other areas of production as needed

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Desire to learn, grow, and teach
• An effective communicator and people person
• Strong hand sewing and upholstery manufacturing knowledge
• Proficient computer skills
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
