Our state-of-the-art operation is looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to join our team as a Lead Teacher. The successful candidate will possess an expertise in early childhood education, interpersonal skills and a background working with children. Working in a fast-paced classroom environment, the Lead Teacher will assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, creating activities to maintain the children's attention and assuring all children are active participants.

Responsibilities:

• Individualize educational programs for young children.
• Create an environment where all children can learn.
• Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Use positive guidance techniques to help children with their social, emotional, and physical development.
• Monitor, evaluate, and modify teaching methods on a regular basis.
• Understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle for growing bodies.
• Encourage parents to be partners in their child's education.
• Support the rights of children with special needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
