Veolia Water Technologies seeks goal-focused individuals who are proactive in problem solving and have the leadership and communication skills needed to help a diversified global business achieve its goals. The role will involve working cross functionally to define technical requirements for spiral wound UF/NF/RO products to meet existing and new applications. The job function will include performing chemical analysis and engineering work in the laboratory, factory, and pilot coating both internally and externally.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support technology efforts to qualify RO/NF/UF membrane and elements products and processes
• Collect and analyze experimental data and communicate product performance to stakeholders
• Work hands on with manufacturing and pilot lines to assess new process and product ideas
• Collaborate closely with development researchers and manufacturing engineers to turn laboratory concepts into implemented products and processes
• Partner with manufacturing engineers on new product introduction and provide technical support for membrane manufacturing
• Follow your ideas from the lab to the market. Use your creativity, commitment, and drive to transform new products from laboratory-scale ideas to commercial reality
• Use design of experiments to screen important process factors and optimize membrane product performance and process capability
• Learn to lead new product and process development projects

Basic Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Process or Industrial Engineering or related discipline required
• 2-3 years experience in membrane and/or filtration process separation is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
