- In charge of ensuring the quality of services in the absence of the supervisor, making sure that all areas meet the expectations of customers according to the established contract.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and materials.
- Ensure that the colleagues comply with the company's discipline policies and rules.
- Provides support in the area that needs service.
- Perform tasks that are delegated by the immediate supervisor.
- Keeps the supervisor informed about situations, changes and other issues that may affect the services offered.
- Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations.
