Systems, Products & Solutions, Inc. (SPS) is a Huntsville based Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) with more than 17 years of experience as a U.S. Army logistics provider to Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Tactical Command (TACOM) and Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM). Over the years, SPS greatly expanded its core support capabilities with its current specialties being Army maintenance and logistics (supply and transportation), Total Package Fielding, Field Service Support, Training and Training Development, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Engineering and C4ISR support services.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Work will be performed in OCONUS and CONUS. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is preferred.
Prepares training curricula utilizing development applications to be delivered via computer-based training, eLearning environments and learning management systems. Conducts training analysis, designs, and develops training curricula, designs and develop multimedia/web storyboards and training, and measures and evaluates effectiveness of training. Instructor (Lead)- Plans, organizes, directs, and supervises the work of the Operators New Equipment (OPNET), and Filed Level Maintenance (FLMNET) Training classes. Ensures that training products encompass the full scope of operations at systems, subsystem and component level, equipment power source requirements, general system electronics, console operations. Prepares and administers examinations, evaluates test results, correlates test results with other measures of student ability. Ensures that internal control systems are in place, operational, and they meet the prescribed internal control standards. Creates and maintains records of students' attendance, progress, attitude, and accomplishments. Develops solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. May refer to policies, procedures, and practices.
Instructor certification shall be established by the Common Faculty Development Program/ Instructor Course (CFDP/IC), or by a civilian certification program through public or private certification process, or by a documented contractor certification program, approved by the Government, that requires instructors to (1) present instruction using the conference method (2) present instruction using the demonstration method (3) present instruction using the practical exercise (PE) method.
Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; 12yrs training and lead instructor experience.
The ability to speak and understand the Spanish language (Preferred not Required)
