Lead Maintenance Technician- manufacturing Job at East Coast Staffing Solutions
Seeking Full time head of maintenance responsible for overseeing all machine and building maintenance at well established manufacturing company.
65K- 85K salary commensurate with experience
- duties include managing a small team of mechancis, handmen and women
- head of maintenance reports directly to VP and will perform and organize repairs and maintenance in coordination with other dpt. heads
- ideal candidate is self- motivated and excited to learn about old and new machinery throughout the plant
- diaganose machine breakdowns and implement repairs based on in house capabilities and outside resources
- strong leader with mechanical or electrical background
Responsibilites include but not limited to:
- daily, weekly, monthly maintenance planning
- diaganose and repair machinery
- oversee building repair and maintenance
- schedule coordinate oversee outside service calls
- evaluate, coach and train employees
- Design and improve preventative maintenance plan
- organize inventory and spare parts
Mechanical and electrical expereince
- 5 years of managerial experience
- Excellent managerial experience
- Leadership and problem solving
- strong ethic and ability to set and acieve personal goals
- strong computer skills - proficient in Microsoft office suite, adobe REader , CRM softare a plus
- ability to read and understand dimensioned drawings
