Hands on Lead Maintenance Technician needed for multi-family apartment complexes in Biddeford, Saco and Old Orchard Beach. Must be organized, self-motivated, dependable, and have initiative. Ideal candidate should be able to work well with existing property staff and engage with vendors to complete projects in a timely and proficient manner.

BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES

Must be organized, self-motivated, and have proven proficiency with basic painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Under direction, will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must have a valid driver's license and be available for on-call.

Position Responsibilities:

• clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds
• ensures that vacant units are turned over in a timely fashion
• grounds keeping, landscaping, and snow removal
• paint building interiors and associated prep-work
• miscellaneous carpentry repairs
• appliance repairs
• repair or replace plumbing fixtures
• change locks
• maintain supplies and records
