LEAD MAINTENANCE TECH - APARTMENTS Job at The Solomon Organization
The Solomon Organization is looking for a highly motivated Lead Maintenance Technician in Chapel Hill, NC.
We are currently seeking candidates that will work well under minimal supervision in a leadership role and in a fast-paced environment and can perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Repair and improve vacant and occupied apartments
Performance of resident service requests
Carpentry, plumbing, painting
Performance of preventive maintenance tasks
Maintaining well groomed grounds
Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
Qualifications include:
Must be able to work on-call rotation
Have valid driver's license
Must possess hand tools
Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience required
CPO and HVAC certs preferred

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
