As the Lead IT Integration Operations Analyst, you will be a key enabler of our Digital Transformation and all of Kellogg Company’s “Deploy for Growth” initiatives, you will be a key member of the global integration team and be responsible for providing the key building blocks to expose our core data assets, via our IT middleware platform/technologies, and enable Re-use, Agility, and Decreased Delivery Time through a Globally Connected Integrations Platform.


HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Design and Develop
    – In this role you’ll be responsible for the design and development of BPML, map development, trading partner setups, as well as communication setups (FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS and AS2 etc.). You’ll also create new maps using X12, EDIFACT, SAP IDOCs, Delimited (CSV), XML and Flat File formats in SI 5.2.4 or above.
  • Monitor – As Lead Analyst you will perform required monitoring of existing EDI platform according to the Standard Operating Procedures, and set-up new communication links using VAN (GXS, Sterling, Harmony etc.) with external EDI partners and internal systems. You will put your EDI experience, inclusive of EDIFACT, X12, ODETTE and TRADCOMMS standards, to use!
  • Put your Knowledge to Use! We are looking for a Lead IT Operations Analyst with Strong Knowledge in the following areas:
  • Database concepts, administration of Sterling Integrator, Indexing, maintenance and working with properties files, etc.

IBM Sterling Suite of Products including IBM Sterling Integrator, IBM Perimeter Server

ERP (SAP, Oracle) EDI configuration and format

UNIX Shell Scripting, Linux scripting

Knowledge on Ticketing tool like Service Now

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in successfully implementing medium to large sized projects or IT lead roles
  • Experience in designing processes and reusable technical components (e.g., APIs, Web Services and SOA components, EDI processes, data transformations, error handling, auditing, logging etc.…) and leading development of data transformation processes in Integration platform tools.
  • Experience developing solutions to enable integration between applications (A2A), in a variety of technologies, including B2B Integrator, Cleo Harmony, and/or MuleSoft, while driving process improvements across the EAI/EDI technology platform, and collaborating with IT Operations counterparts to ensure that solutions are well documented and sustainable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams/stakeholders across the regions
  • A passion for using technology to drive value and increase productivity
  • A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations, driving results through influence and a passion for excellence
