Our Lead Installers are responsible for the quality and timeliness of the installations they are assigned to. Lead Installers are responsible for delivering a great customer experience and a quality end-product. All Lead Installers must be able to work unsupervised as well as lead a team of 1-2 helpers or apprentices. The ability to professionally communicate well with customers as well as coworkers is required. Lead Installers are also required to train and guide the helpers and apprentices assigned to them. Installers must be able to present themselves in a professional manner, have a great attitude, and provide the quality work promised to our customers. 40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities. Highly competitive hourly wage based on experience.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of HVAC installation experience and have the temperament needed to train other installers. Attention to detail and adherence to all safety requirements are expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
