Our Outbound Lead Generation Representatives use call lists to contact business owners across the country, sharing greeting card and product line information in order to generate sales leads for our Sales department.
The successful candidate will have a comfort level with being on the phones a majority of the work day at a computer station with headset. You should be able to work independently while also contributing in a team environment, have a professional demeanor and telephone presence, be dependable and reliable in regards to work attendance, consistent in producing leads, possess basic math and computer skills including data entry, and have a typing speed of 35 wpm.
This position is located in Boulder, Colorado and requires regular attendance at the job site. Relocation is not provided.
Previous call center experience/outbound telephone calling experience in a sales environment strongly preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent.
The pay rate for this position is $16.00/hour.
Regular hours are 7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday at our Boulder, CO headquarters.
