Lead Generation/Appointment Specialist

Summary:

We have an immediate, fully remote opportunity available for a Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Specialist. We are seeking a highly motived, driven, and detail-oriented individual to call through leads, answer phones, set appointments, and talk with potential clients via phone and email.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Effectively utilize an online-based multi-line phone system for inbound and outbound calls

Access, input, and retrieve information from the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application

Schedule and accurately record client appointments on Sales Rep’s individual calendars

Accurately and effectively communicate with clients in real-time via our website’s chat portal

Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Able to type quickly and effectively communicate

Must own an up-to-date, functioning PC or Mac and maintain a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection

Proven ability to work independently, self-motivate, and effectively manage time

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pleasant and professional telephone manner

Beginner - intermediate level experience with MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace applications

Proven ability to think critically and solve problems creatively

Established history of success working in fast-paced and results-driven environments

Ability to get past the gatekeepers to the decision makers

Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) is a plus but not required

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior lead generation / sales experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
