Job Summary:
Fun Factory Inc. is seeking a Lead Customer Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week, and the pay ranges from $15-16 per hour. Applicants must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude when dealing with customers, and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Monitor customer service performance metrics, and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the arcade and customer service industries, and share knowledge with the team.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, team members, and management in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
