Responsibilities:
- Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers.
- Ensure a high level of quality and safety.
- Able to resolve any issues on short notice.
- Troubleshooting and technical support.
- Analyze results and plan operations for the week.
- Lead different field crew team.
- Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
- Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors
- Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
- Reporting and tracking status reports.
- Maintaining a clean work site.
- Hiring workers for different parts of the project.
- Watching the budget for the project.
- Planning and establishing the construction schedule.
- Reviewing blueprints and plans with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Establishing quality control standards on a construction site.
- Field supervision.
- Budget management.
- Risk management.
- Project management.
Could travel to locations like: Upstate New York, TRI State (includes parts of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) Baltimore and Washington; South California
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
