Lead Carpenter / Residential Remodeler
T. Morgan Construction, Inc. is a 25-year-old remodeling company serving the Indianapolis area. We are in search of a full-time lead remodeler with a MINIMUM of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field. You will be joining a well-established team of remodelers who enjoy what they do, provide a great work atmosphere and work as a team. Primarily, we serve the high-end residential market and focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and room additions. We also complete other projects such as garages, attic conversions, basements, historic renovations, window/door installations, siding, decks and more.

Skills: Applicant must be in good physical condition, able to work off of ladders or scaffolding and be able to lift items in access of 80 lbs. Applicants should have skills in ALL of these listed areas: framing, trim carpentry (door hanging and case work), exterior doors and windows, exterior trim, soffit build-out and siding (lap siding, sheet siding and vinyl siding), deck building, light electrical, light plumbing, floor and wall tile, cabinetry, drywall, and painting. The qualified applicant must also be able to follow both written and verbal instruction, paying close attention to detail.

Location: Our work is primarily North or East of Indy in areas such as Lawrence, Fishers, Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield, Geist, Morse Reservoir, Greenfield and New Palestine areas. We seldom require travel further than 45 minutes from the circle of downtown Indy.

Pay: The position is an hourly paid position. Starting pay is based on overall skills and time in the field. Applicant must have a reliable transportation.

Tools: We provide most of the tools required to do the work. However, applicant should have their own tool belt and hand tools.
