Responsibilities

• Reading blueprints, plans, specs, and instructions
• Using hand and power tools
• Rough framing of walls, ceilings, flooring, and roofs
• Finish carpentry including hanging crown moldings, installing window/door casings and baseboards, installing fixtures and hardware, cabinet installation
• Shoring erection, repair/replacement of patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances, and necessary demolition
• May also include drywall installation, tape and texture work, and painting
• Checking the accuracy of completed work
• Other qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances
• Supervising crews and subs on site

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of carpentry experience and knowledge of remodeling
• Proficiency in all trades, including; frame-to-finish carpentry, electrical wiring, plumbing, masonry, and painting a strong plus
• Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in all work
• The ability to work efficiently without wasting materials and possessing reliable transportation and tools
• Strong communication skills
• Must possess the ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and tools of the trade required
• Must be willing to pass a criminal background check in compliance with regulations

Salary and Benefits

• Full time
• $40/ hour (With the potential to earn more based on development)
