The Goat seeks to hire a full time Lead Barista to join Goat Nation at LC New Albany!

This role is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Morning Ritual coffee shop. In addition, the role will be responsible for managing barista/host staff and helping to prepare, serve and lead the culture and growing of the Morning Ritual business.

Qualified applicants will have achieved a High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of supervisory bar, hospitality or restaurant operations experience. Applicants must have strong leadership skills. Applicants must be able to multi-task, maintain a sense of urgency at all times, and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, be a team player, and have a positive attitude. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be able to follow and adhere to all alcohol service and liquor laws.
