YOUR LIFE AS A LEAD AUTO MECHANIC / AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
This auto repair position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, and has most major holidays off.
As a mechanic, you are responsible for providing high-quality customer service, diagnostics, and automotive repairs to our customers' vehicles. You maintain strong and positive relationships with our customers while working in the fast-paced environment of our busy repair shop. Under the direct supervision of our store manager, you receive and review work orders. You then provide service repairs to vehicles according to the manager's and sales associate's instructions. Each day brings you a new challenge, and you are excited to use your problem-solving skills on a variety of cars to keep our customers happy and on the road!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet search software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to exercise discretion
