About the Role
This brand-new role, brought about by changes to the aerospace industry standards, will see you lead and conduct internal audits while effectively engaging management in audit and post-audit activities. You will play a critical part in the successful transformation of the organization adapting to latest industry changes.
The work location is listed remote with availability for domestic traveling up to 70% of the working time.
Candidate MUST be based out of one of the following areas with ability to travel up to 70%: Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Northlake, TX; Jonestown, PA

This brand-new role, brought about by changes to the aerospace industry standards, will see you lead and conduct internal audits while effectively engaging management in audit and post-audit activities. Duties include:
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance to Incora processes, customer requirements and industry standards AS9100 / AS9120 / AS13100.
- Identify non-compliance and improvement areas.
- Prepare audit and non-conformity reports and engage management in effective problem resolution.
- Support management in root cause analysis and corrective action definition to ensure highest level of process improvement.
- Arrange and host 3rd party audits as required.
- Support development of auditing process and occasionally other internal processes within the business.
- Undertake customer or other quality/EHS/Business Continuity tasks as required.
- Prepare and deliver summary presentations of findings to management and leadership at all levels of the organization.
About You
- Degree (equivalent) qualified with the capability to work towards a recognized professional audit qualification, e.g. IRCA, IOSH, IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment), etc.
- Ability to work towards Lead Auditor Registration
- Ability to maintain high levels of business awareness and professional competence.
- Quality Management Systems or EHS management experience (essential)
- Aerospace Industry Quality Standards experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of AS9100 and AS13100 (preferred)
- Experience of Human Factors and Production Process Audits to VDA6.3 (desirable)
