Lead Analyst Infrastructure End Points Architecture Job at Targa Resources
POSITION SUMMARY:
Monitors, evaluates, plans, architects, pilots, deploys and serves as tier four support escalation for server and storage technology at Targa Resources based in Tulsa, OK.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End Point technology includes:
- Laptop & desktop computers, computer peripherals, productivity software, virtual desktop, collaboration platforms, conference room audio video conference technology, printers, copiers, smartphones and tablets including the management, monitoring, and root cause analysis of said technologies.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience must include ServiceNow, ITIL, Windows 11, O365, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Citrix VDI, Conference Room Audio Visual technologies, Cisco networking technologies, and/or Windows Server 2022.
- Prior architecture and project management of large enterprise complex projects.
