Therapist (LCSW)

We currently have an opportunity available for a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with an active Oregon license for a 100% telebehavioral health position. This position is 20 hours per week, where patients will be accessing care from an outpatient clinic setting. The incumbent will function as a Behavioral Health Consultant working directly with the primary care team and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (functioning similar to the Collaborative Care Model). The incumbent should have some experience working in medical settings as they may need to refer patients back to PCPs for physical concerns. Patient population is across the lifespan, with a particular focus on adult and geriatric clients, and often present with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, intergenerational trauma, and addiction. Experience working with diverse populations and working in community health is a plus. Familiarity with telehealth is preferred.
