About HYATT house -

HYATT house is an extended-stay, residential-style hotel that aims to provide individual travelers with the feel of a modern condominium. The 125 room property offers comforts of home such as fully equipped kitchens, flat panel HDTVs and free high-speed internet access. The public space features facilities such as a pool, a fitness center and a business center. A full breakfast every morning and a bar service in the evenings. HYATT house properties are located in urban, airport and suburban locations and can accommodate small corporate meetings and corporate clients seeking to place their employees on extended assignment. At the HYATT house we arhouse guests’ home away from home.

As a Laundry Attendant, you will:

  • Collect, wash, dry and fold all hotel linen and towels, maintaining an adequate supply of necessary items to perform daily work.
  • Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
  • Receive and put away deliveries while maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
  • Assist with cleaning, stripping or inspecting guest rooms as needed.
  • Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
  • Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Requirements

This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
