Description:
★Lead the implementation and operations of the final mile strategy.
★Oversee general management of final mile operations.
★Develop and achieve Key delivery performance (KDP) and quality metrics. Some of these metrics could be driven by commercial and clients.
★Develop and maintain final mile capacity planning.
★Manage and maintain DSP - delivery service providers relationship.
★Assist commercial team with scoping projects and developing proposals.
★Assist Product manager to ops system optimization! ★High school diploma or GED
★0 – 2 years of experience in Last Mile
★Strong time management skill.
★Must be proficient in Microsoft office to include excel and word.
★Analytical ability with the capability to understand ops business challenges, solve complex problems and develop KDP solutions.
★Preferred in Regional final mile experience or similar filed FedEx, UPS with strong understanding final mile product.
★Self-starter capable of working independently and making decisions with limited supervision.
★Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment ★Salary: From $55,000 - $65,000/year
