Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lash Technician, Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a passion for enhancing the natural beauty of clients by applying lash extensions. The Lash Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality lash services to clients, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Apply lash extensions to clients using a variety of techniques, including classic, volume, and design. Consult with clients to determine the desired lash look and advise them on appropriate styles and maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sterilization of tools and equipment. Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of lash extensions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Upsell additional lash services to clients as appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Certification in lash extensions and at least one years of experience as a Lash Technician (Also accept new technician for training). Knowledge of different lash extension techniques, styles, and materials. Excellent attention to detail and ability to create a flawless lash look. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Professional and punctual with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
