F&L Landscaping is looking for motivated and reliable landscape construction crew members to join our team! We are a landscaping construction company located in Braintree, MA that specializes in hydroseeding, tree installations, and more. Our work can be seen throughout the Boston metro area at parks, schools, residential areas, etc. We provide on the job training, and we offer opportunities to grow in your career with us. Qualifications

· High school GED or equivalent (required)

· Valid MA Driver’s License (required)

· Work authorization (required)

· MA DOT medical card (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)

· OSHA 10 certification (required)

· Hoisting License (preferred)

Requirements:

· Can lift 50lbs

· Available for snow shoveling and/or plowing

· Clear a background check

· Fulfill a one-week training period

· Ability to operate heavy machinery (or willing to learn!)

· Punctuality: capability of arriving to work on-time

Responsibilities:

· Conduct landscaping work as needed

· Operate heavy machinery on job site

· Finish tasks in a timely manner
