Spring is around the corner and we're gearing up for another fun and sweaty gardening season! Do you want to make the Earth a more beautiful place and help save our pollinators and wildlife at the same time?
Leeward Fine Gardening is adding to its team and is looking to hire hard working, detail oriented individuals. No experience necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into the field of fine gardening and ecological landscaping. Our season runs from April to November. We provide garden maintenance services as well as garden design and installs. We work at many beautiful properties between Cape Elizabeth and Phippsburg. Including islands in Casco Bay, and many other coastal properties (we often take ocean swim breaks!). Ecological practices are utilized as much as possible and we mainly deal with native plants.
Looking for long term employee's seeking to grow and advance in all faucets of landscaping and gardening.
We do not mow, and we don't blow.
Pay starts at $20 - $25/hr depending on experience and work ethic. Mid season and end of season bonuses based on performance.
Full and part-time positions available.
Paid field trips and learning opportunities.
Paid Time Off.
